The image was in a text from Elaine Ireland, a favorite Leo, and gifted OG psychic, from back in the day. Across the bottom, it said 11/98, implying, November of 1998. While I can’t independently verify that, too few visual clues, but the button-up shirt and collar, bolo, and sport jacket, seems right.
Best guess is Austin, and I’m unsure, if that was the old Holiday Inn, at the airport, or the south location, used to be Ben White and 35, by the IRS.
