So I thought I was done with the rough draft version of the Romance through the Signs text. Looks like I was sadly mistaken. Seems to be a few gaping holes in there. The inevitable question?
Can I combine a Shakespeare reference and a fishing allusion, all in the same paragraph? Don’t know why not, I’ve been doing it for years. The extra nice, spring like weather meant I had my front swinging open, and my neighbor wandered in this evening.
“What are you doing?”
“Making dinner.”
“What’s it going to be?”
“Chili.”
“Home made?”
“You bet. I opened up that can myself.”
That qualifies it as homemade, heated up in my very own microwave.
